摘要 针对SNCR烟气脱硝系统的大惯性、大迟延与时变等特性,提出了一种应用于不同典型工况下的GPC-PID串级预测控制方法。首先采用系统辨识的方法建立各典型工况下的SNCR脱硝系统的局部模型;其次依据二次最优控制原理设计各典型工况下的GPC-PID控制器参数;最后对各典型工况下的控制方法进行仿真研究,并研究各典型工况下GPC-PID控制策略的抗干扰性能。结果表明,与常规的串级PID控制方法相比,当机组的运行工况发生变化以及SNCR脱硝系统受到干扰时,多模型GPC-PID串级预测控制具有很强的模型适配能力;在调节过程中,超调量小、调节时间短、快速性好、抗干扰能力强以及鲁棒性好,适用于具有非线性、时变性、大迟延特性和变工况运行的工业过程控制。 With respect to large inertia,long delay,time varying and other characteristics of the SNCR flue gas denitrification system,a GPC-PID cascade prediction control method was proposed for application under different typical working conditions.Firstly,local SNCR denitrification system models were established for various typical working conditions in the system identification method.Secondly,GPC-PID controller parameters were designed for typical working conditions in the principle of quadratic optimal control.Finally,simulation research was made for control methods under various working conditions,and anti-interference performance of GPC-PID control strategies under different typical working conditions was studied.The results showed that,compared with the conventional cascade PID control method,multi-model GPC-PID cascade predictive control had a stronger model adaptation capability,when the operating conditions of the unit changed or the SNCR system was exposed to interference.The regulation process had small overshooting,short period of time,as well as good anti-inference and robustness.The proposed approach was suitable for control of non-linear and time varying industrial processes with long delay and variant working conditions.
