摘要
为加强贵州地方稻种资源利用,选用56对SSR引物对173份贵州地方糯稻品种进行遗传多样性分析,共检测到191个等位基因,平均等位基因数为3.40个;平均有效等位基因为1.56个;平均Shannon信息指数和平均Nei′s基因多样性指数分别为0.57和0.30;多态性信息含量变幅为0.03~0.66,均值为0.30。供试品种遗传相似系数变幅为0.52~1.00。通过UPGMA聚类分析在遗传相似系数为0.65处可将173个糯稻品种划分为籼糯和粳糯两个类群,第Ⅰ类群包含167个糯稻品种,占96.50%,第Ⅱ类群仅包含6个品种,占3.50%。结果表明,贵州地方糯稻品种多为粳糯,且来自不同地区的糯稻资源遗传背景相似程度较高,可能是由于地区间引种、换种所致。
In order to enhance the utilization of glutinous rice land-race resources in Guizhou,56 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 173 glutinous rice land-races in Guizhou.A total of 191 alleles were detected at 56 SSR loci,with an average of 3.40 alleles per SSR locus;the average effective allele was 1.56;the average Shannon information index and Nei′s gene diversity index was 0.57 and 0.30 respectively;the polymorphism information content varied from 0.03 to 0.66 with an average of 0.30.The genetic similarity coefficient of tested land-races varied from 0.52 to 1.00.UPGMA cluster analysis results showed that 173 glutinous rice land-races could be divided into 2 groups of indica and japonica glutinous rice at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.65.GroupⅠhad 167 varieties,accounting for 96.50%of the total materials and groupⅡhad 6 varieties,accounting for 3.50%of the total materials.The results showed that most of the glutinous rice land-races in Guizhou were japonica glutinous rice and the genetic background of the glutinous rice land-races derived from different regions of Guizhou were relatively similar,which may cause by the introduction and change of rice land-race resources among different regions.
