摘要
推进农业农村现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务,高等农业院校要充分发挥自身的优势特色,聚焦强农兴农任务,不断提升办学育人的水平、服务“三农”和区域乡村振兴的能力,在农业农村发展中肩负起重要的使命。文章以东北农业大学为例,从人才支持、智力支持、科技支持三个方面,提出并探索建立农业大学助力乡村振兴战略实施的发展模式,即以新农科建设为引领,培育卓越农林新才,为经济社会发展提供人才支持;发挥人才智库功能,构筑区域人才高地,为乡村高质量发展提供智力支持;提升社会服务能力,推动科技成果转化,为区域振兴发展提供科技支持,探索出可推广的农业大学助力乡村振兴战略实施模式与路径。
Promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a major task in the efforts of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,and agricultural institutions of higher learning should give full play to their own advantages and characteristics,focus on the task of strengthening agriculture and developing agriculture,constantly improve their educational level,serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers and enhance their capacity for regional rural revitalization,so as to carry out its important mission in the development of agriculture and rural areas.Taking Northeast Agricultural University as an example,this paper puts forward and explores the development model and the practices of establishing agricultural university to help implement the rural revitalization strategy from the three aspects of talent support,intellectual support and scientific and technological support,guided by the construction of new agricultural sciences.We will cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents to provide talent support for economic and social development.Besides,the function of talent pool in Heilongjiang should be brought into play to provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of rural areas,improve our ability to provide social services,promote the pragmatic application of scientific and technological achievements,provide scientific and technological support for regional revitalization and development,and explore ways and models for implementing the strategy of promoting rural revitalization that can be promoted by agricultural universities.
