On the Promotion Strategies of International Publicity Translation in the Perspective of Cross-cultural Exchange

摘要 外宣翻译是一种特殊的跨文化交流,往往会受到语言、思维等诸多文化因素的影响。译者作为外宣翻译的主体,其综合素养直接决定了外宣翻译的质量和跨文化交流效果。提升外宣翻译质量要着力提升外宣译者的政治素养、文化底蕴、跨文化意识、翻译技巧。此外,还要重视外宣翻译人才培养,突出外宣翻译实践的作用,建设外宣翻译的人才智库。 As a special form of cross-cultural exchange,translation of publicity materials is often influenced by many cultural factors such as language and thinking pattern.As the main body of international publicity translation,the translator’s comprehensive accomplishment directly determines the quality of translation and the effect of cross-cultural communication.To improve the quality of international publicity translation,we should focus on improving translators’political literacy,cultural background,cross-cultural awareness and translation skills.In addition,we should pay attention to the training of foreign translation talents,highlight the role of international publicity translation practice,and build a talent think tank for international publicity translation.
