摘要
本文计算了直埋管线在地表温度与管内温度的温差作用下,各计算点的温度值。根据弹性力学中圆环和圆筒的轴对称温度应力计算方法,计算了不同材质的直埋管线(钢管、铸铁管及塑料管)在不同的埋深和不同的温度差值作用下,各管线在不同计算点的温度应力值,并对各温度应力计算值进行对比分析。直埋管线的埋深、地面温度、介质温度、管线内径、管线壁厚、计算点位置等均是风险评估的重要指标,对市政管线气温变化风险评估具有重要的意义。
In this paper,the temperature values of each calculation point of the buried pipeline are calculated,which are under the action of the temperature difference between inside and outside of the pipeline.According to the calculation method of axial symmetry temperature stress of ring and cylinder in elasticity,the temperature stress values of direct buried pipelines of different materials(steel pipe,cast iron pipe and plastic pipe)at different buried depth and different temperature difference are calculated.The temperature stress values are compared and summarized in tabular form.The buried depth,ground temperature,medium temperature,inner diameter of pipeline,wall thickness of pipeline and calculation point location of direct buried pipelines are all important risk assessment indicators,which are of great significance to the risk assessment of temperature change of municipal pipelines.
