摘要
市政供水管道历史爆管数据统计分析结果表明,外界温度变化与市政聚乙烯供水管道的爆管次数之间具有强相关性。因此,通过开展聚乙烯供水管材在不同温度条件下的拉伸试验,研究了温度变化对聚乙烯供水管材力学性能的影响,建立了考虑温度影响的市政聚乙烯供水管材本构方程。研究结果表明:温度变化对聚乙烯供水管材的力学性能影响较大。管材的屈服强度和弹性模量均随温度的降低而增大。在较低的温度环境中,聚乙烯供水管材较脆,极易在交通往复荷载和内部水压作用下发生破坏;在较高的温度环境中,聚乙烯供水管材的延性较好。
The statistical results of municipal water mains on historical burst data indicate that there is a strong correlation between the variation of temperature and the number of water main burst. In this study, the effect of the temperature variation on the mechanical behavior of the polythene(PE) water supply pipe was investigated by conducting the tensile test under different temperature conditions, where the constitutive model considering the effect of temperature was established for municipal PE water mains. According to the investigation, the results show that the mechanical behavior of the PE water supply pipe is affected significantly by the temperature variation. The yield strength and the elastic modulus of the PE water supply pipe increase with the decrease of the temperature. Under a lower temperature condition, the PE water supply pipe performs in a brittle manner, which can be easily damaged under the action of traffic load and internal water pressure. However, under higher temperature condition, the PE water supply pipe performs much better in ductility.
