摘要 DCC油浆泵是DCC装置中的关键设备,其工作介质为高温油浆,介质温度高达330℃,并且含有催化剂颗粒,运行工况非常恶劣。某单位DCC装置油浆泵自开工以来,多次发生机械密封轴套泄露,影响油浆泵的安全平稳运行。本文通过对机械密封轴套泄露的原因进行分析,认为轴套O形圈高温失效是造成轴套泄露的主要原因。针对机械密封轴套频繁泄露的问题,从冲洗封油稳定性、O形圈材质、轴套密封结构等方面进行了改进,大大提高了机械密封的使用寿命,为油浆泵的长周期安全运行提供了保证。 DCC slurry pump is the key equipment in DCC plant. Its working medium is high temperature slurry,the medium temperature is as high as 330 ℃,and contains catalyst particles,so the operation condition is very bad. Since the start-up of slurry pump in DCC unit of a unit,the leakage of mechanical seal sleeve occurred many times,which affected the safe and stable operation of slurry pump. In this paper,through the analysis of the leakage of mechanical seal sleeve,it is considered that the failure of O-ring at high temperature is the main reason for the leakage. Aiming at the problem of frequent leakage of mechanical seal sleeve,the improvement is made from the stability of flushing sealing oil,material of O-ring and seal structure of shaft sleeve,which greatly improves the service life of mechanical seal and provides guarantee for long-term safe operation of oil slurry pump.
