摘要
目的研究分析舒适护理在阑尾炎手术术后护理中的应用效果及价值。方法选取128例在绥中县医院接受治疗的阑尾炎患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组(n=64,采用常规护理方式)和试验组(n=64,给予舒适护理干预)。观察对比两组患者的负面情绪、护理效果以及并发症发生率。结果经不同护理干预工作实施,试验组患者在负面情绪、护理效果以及并发症发生率方面表现均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对阑尾炎手术术后护理存在的一系列问题,应用舒适护理能够有效改善患者的负面情绪,改善护理效果、降低并发症发生率,患者的生活质量得到极大改善,临床效果较好。
Objective To study the effect and value of comfort nursing in postoperative nursing care of appendicitis.Methods One hundred and twentyeight patients with appendicitis were admitted from January 2018 to January 2019,and the patients were divided into two groups by random grouping method,and 64 cases were used as control group by routine nursing.The remaining 64 cases were treated as comfort nursing intervention in the experimental group.The negative emotion,nursing effect and complication rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of negative emotion,nursing effect and complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of a series of problems existing in postoperative nursing care of appendicitis,the application of comfort nursing can effectively improve the negative mood of patients,improve the nursing effect and reduce the incidence of complications.The quality of life of patients has been greatly improved,the clinical effect is better.
