轻断食膳食模式在团体体重管理中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析5+2轻断食膳食模式在团体体重管理中的有效性和可行性。方法:对2020年4月至5月报名参加重庆医科大学附属第三医院“员工关怀—体重管理”的54名超重/肥胖员工进行为期6周的5+2轻断食膳食管理,并每天额外补充12g乳清蛋白,记录其基本信息,测量干预前后的体重和人体成分的变化。结果:干预过程中有3名员工退出,干预后54名员工的体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂肪、体脂率、内脏脂肪面积(visceral adipose tissue,VAT)、腰围(waist circumference,WC)明显降低(P<0.05),骨骼肌和身体总水分没有发现明显降低(P>0.05)。结论:5+2轻断食膳食模式加上蛋白质的补充对于团体体重管理具有显著的减重效果,特别是有利于体脂肪降低和骨骼肌含量的维持,且可操作性强。 Objective:Analyzing the effectiveness and feasibility of 5+2 Intermittent fasting in group weight management.Methods:A total of 54 overweight/obese employees were enrolled in"staff care-weight management"inthe Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from April to May 2020.which were given 6 weeks 5+2 Intermittent fasting management,and supply additional 12g whey protein each day,record the basic information,measuring weight and body composition changes before and after intervention.Results:Three employees quit from the intervention.After the intervention,54 employees’weight,body mass index(BMI),body fat,body fat ratio,visceral fat area(VAT),waist circumference(WC)were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while skeletal muscle and total body water were not significantly reduced(P>0.05).Conclusion:5+2 intermittent fasting combined with protein supplementation has a significant effect on weight loss in group weight management,especially conducive to the reduction of body fat and the maintenance of skeletal muscle content.
