摘要
本文以CIPP模型和柯式模式为框架,在分析二者与高职学校社会实践活动在特点与要求、手段与目的、形式与内容、结构与功能四个方面契合度的前提下,构建了高职学校社会实践评价模型和指标体系。并通过实证研究,初步认为该模型和指标体系具有科学性、合理性,突出了育人成效评价的发展性功能,整合了诊断性评价、形成性评价和终结性评价,提高了高职师生、家庭、实践基地三方对社会实践活动、实践育人功能的认可度。最后,对高职学校提高实践育人成效提出了初步建议。
Based on the CIPP model and Kirkpatrick model as the framework, the evaluation model and index system of social practice in higher vocational colleges is constructed. On the premise of analyzing the correspondence and social practice activities in four aspects such as characteristics and requirements, means and purposes, form and content and structure and function in higher vocational colleges, a social practice evaluation model and indicator system are constructed for such colleges. Through the empirical study, it is concluded that the model and index system are scientific and reasonable, which highlights the developmental function of education effectiveness evaluation, integrates diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, and improves the recognition of social practice activities and practical education function among teachers, students, families and practice bases. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effect of practice education in higher vocational colleges.
