摘要
当前我国经济发展的重要任务是加快转变经济发展方式和推动产业结构升级,必须锻造一支具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才队伍。研究遵循最大目的抽样和滚雪球抽样的原则,在高职学校和本科学校共选取了4个春暑运社会实践案例,采用多个案例比较法,循着修正的分析归纳路径探究高职学生工匠精神内化的因果机制和培育路径。研究表明,高职学生在学校政策等多因素的催化下参与社会实践、在实践中产生认知失调、在指导老师的引导下进行个人反思、形成反思性认可、最终将工匠精神内化为自身的价值观。高职学校要通过制定导向性政策、激发积极情感、选聘指导老师等培育学生工匠精神。
At present,the important task of China’s economic development is to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,it is necessary to build a team of high-quality technical talents with craftsmanship.Followed the principles of maximum purposive sampling and snowball sampling,A total of 4 social practice cases of the spring and summer transportation were selected in higher vocational schools and undergraduate schools.A multiple case comparison method was used to explore the causal mechanisms and cultivation paths for the internalization of craftsmanship in higher vocational students following a modified analytical induction path.Research shows that higher vocational students participate in social practice under the catalysis of school policies and other factors,produce cognitive dissonance in practice,conduct personal reflection under the guidance of instructors,form reflective recognition,and eventually internalize craftsmanship as their own values.Vocational colleges should cultivate students’craftsman spirit by formulating guiding policies,stimulating positive emotions,and selecting instructors.
