摘要
以负阻抗变换器构成的负内阻电压源电路为例,从理想运放构成的负阻抗变换器着手,分析了实际运放的特性对负内阻电压源电路的限制,给出了基于实际运放的电路数学模型,得出了满足系统稳定性和运放线性特性的电路参数选择原则。
By taking the negative internal resistance voltage source circuit composed of negative impedance converter as an example,and starting with the negative impedance converter composed of ideal operational amplifier,this paper analyzes the limitation of the characteristics of the practical operational amplifier on the negative internal resistance voltage source circuit,presents the circuit mathematical model based on the practical operational amplifier,and concludes the circuit parameter selection principle which meets the system stability and linear characteristics of the operational amplifier.
