摘要
通过对正、负电阻的对比来说明负电阻的基本性质,并介绍了用运算放大器实现负阻效应的各种制约条件,同时,用实验数据证明这些制约条件的相互依存和相互影响。
The fundamental properties of the negative resistance are described in the comparison between positive and negative resistances. Various restricting conditions are introduced for the realization of the negative effects with OP-AMP and the mutual dependence and influence of these conditions proved in terms of the experimental data.
