摘要
组态王支持的PLC空压站监控系统能有效解决以往空压站存在的监控能力差、系统独立运行及涉及较多人工操作等问题。以PLC基础为核心研发组态王集中监控系统,以Modbus协议为基础充分应用多点接口(Multi Point Interface,MPI)通信方式,能有效弥补以往远程监控的弊端,最大化发挥监控系统的作用与功能。
The main purpose of this paper is to build a PLC air compressor station monitoring system based on KingView to effectively solve the problems of poor monitoring ability,independent operation of the system and more manual operation.Taking PLC as the core,the research and development of KingView centralized monitoring system,based on Modbus protocol and fully applying MPI communication mode,are the effective remedies for the disadvantages of remote monitoring in the past,and maximize the functions and functions of the monitoring system.
