摘要
在介绍国内外铜电解联动机组配置现状的基础上,指出了传统阳极板的运送方式的缺点。为提高阳极板运送的效率,结合国内某铜冶炼项目,从该机组的功能设计、结构设计和工作流程设计3个方面对中国瑞林设计的一套阳极板输送线机组设备进行分析,并提出了此类设备日后改进的方向。
Based on the introduction of the configuration status of copper electrolysis machines at home and abroad,the paper points out the disadvantages of traditional anode plate transportation mode.In order to improve the efficiency of anode plate transportation in copper smelting,a set of anode plate conveyor line machines designed by China Nerin is analyzed in detail from function design,structure design and work flow design of the machines in combination with a domestic copper smelting project,furthermore,the paper points out the improvement direction of this kind of equipment in the future.
