摘要
目的:探讨急危重症护理学翻转课堂教学法对学生“知、信、能”三方面的影响。方法:便利整群抽取护理学本科生急危重症护理学教学班级4个班共207名学生,以班为单位分为试验组(n=95)和对照组(n=112)。试验组采取翻转课堂教学法,对照组采取传统课堂讲授法,共干预13周、24学时。结果:试验组学生知识(综合情景模拟)、态度(学业自我效能感、学习满意度)、能力(自主学习能力、创新能力、问题解决能力中正性问题定向和理性问题解决)得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急危重症护理学采取翻转课堂教学法,能显著提高学生的综合考核成绩,提高学生的学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯,改善学生的学业自我效能感与学习满意度,提高学生的综合能力,符合现代教育理念及现代教育技术发展和教育教学改革的需要。
Objective:To explore the influence of flipped classroom on the three aspects of"knowledge,trust and ability"of the students in the teaching of Critical Care Nursing.Methods:Convenient extracted 207 students from four classes and randomly divided into experimental group(n=95)and control group(n=112).Flipped classroom teaching method was used in the observation group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Results:Examination scores(scenario simulation),attitude(academic self-efficacy and learning satisfaction),and ability(autonomous learning ability,creative ability and two aspects of positive problem orientation and rational problem solving which belong to problem solving ability)are significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flipped classroom teaching method used in Critical Care Nursing can significantly improve comprehensive examination score and comprehensive capacity,raise interest of learning,cultivate good study habits,upgrade students'academic self-efficacy and learning satisfaction.Flipped classroom teaching method meet the needs of modern educational philosophy,development of modern educational technology and education and teaching reform.
