摘要
目的探索麻醉科护士参与咽喉手术患者术中麻醉管理的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2022年1-6月分别由麻醉科护士、麻醉学住院医师辅助麻醉医生完成的158例咽喉部手术患者的麻醉过程及配合情况,包括麻醉前准备、手术中监测记录、麻醉后辅助麻醉医生拔除气管导管等工作。结果两组患者术后静息状态下咽喉部疼痛的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)以及麻醉医生对助手配合满意度差异无统计学意义,两组均未出现围术期不良事件。结论麻醉科护士进入手术间参与咽喉部手术患者的临床麻醉配合工作,有利于减轻麻醉医生的工作负担,不增加患者并发症发生风险,为麻醉科护士在手术间内开展围麻醉期护理工作提供推广依据。
Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of anesthesiology nurses participating in intraoperative anesthesia management of throat surgery patients.Methods The anesthesia process of 158 patients with throat surgery from January to June 2022 under the assistance of anesthesiology nurses and anesthesiology residents were retrospectively analyzed,including pre-anesthesia preparation,intraoperative monitoring and recording,and assisting anesthesiologists to remove the tracheal tube after anesthesia.Results There was no significant difference in the visual analogue score(VAS)of hypopharyngeal pain at rest and the anesthesiologist's satisfaction with the assistant's cooperation between the two groups.There were no perioperative adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion Anesthesiology nurses participating in the clinical anesthesia cooperation of throat surgery patients in the operating room is conducive to reducing the work burden of anesthesiologists without increasing patients risk of complications.It provides a basis for anesthesiology nurses to carry out perianesthetic nursing work in the operating room.
