摘要 普及化阶段高职教育的高质量发展是以服务化为内在旨趣、创新化为基本动力、开放化为科学决策的发展,除了应遵循内部生态平衡的共生逻辑,还应当重视内部生态与外部心态互洽的共荣逻辑,实现共生与共荣的逻辑平衡与相融。高等教育迈入普及化阶段后,我国高职教育的高质量发展应遵循共生与共荣逻辑的深刻内涵,创新质量治理体系,优化顶层制度设计;转变国民传统观念,打造高职类型特色;形成特色职教品牌,贡献中国职教方案。 The high-quality development of higher vocational education in the popularization stage is the development of service-oriented as the intrinsic purpose,innovation as the basic motivation and openness as the development of scientific decision-making.In addition to follow the symbiotic logic of internal ecological balance,we should also attach importance to the co-prosperity logic of internal ecology and external mentality,realize the logical balance and integration of symbiosis and common prosperity.After entering the era of higher education popularization,the high-quality development of higher vocational education in China should follow the profound connotation of the symbiosis and co-prosperity logic.Innovation quality governance system and optimize top-level institutional design,transforming the national traditional concepts and creating the characteristics of higher vocational types,form a distinctive vocational education brand and contribute to Chinese vocational education programs.
