摘要
中医内科学见习是培养学生临床思维和技能的重要途径之一,而有效反馈是这个过程中使学生缩小当下能力与实际目标能力之间差距的重要工具。为了给予学生高质量的有效反馈信息,以使其达到未来临床医师所需能力水平,我们需要以临床医学岗位胜任力为导向,根据中医内科学见习课程的学科特点,分别针对不同的人群和不同的病证,从有效沟通的能力、望闻问切技能、医德素养、中医临床思维能力、进一步学习和探究的能力等多方面进行反馈,以指导学生在未来在相关活动中的表现,并帮助他们获取医疗技能。
Clinical probation of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is an important way to cultivate students’clinical skills,and effective feedback method is an important tool to help students narrow the gap between their current ability and actual target ability.In order to help students get clinical skills they need in their future clinical work,we need to give them some high quality information of feedback based on the post competence.According to the characteristics of internal medicine of traditional chinese medicine,we should give feedback on the communication skills,skills of the four diagnostic methods,medical literacy,clinical thinking ability of TCM,and the ability to further study and explore for different groups of students and different disease to guide students in their future performance in related activities and to help them acquire medical skills.
