摘要
中医全科医学是基于中医思维的临床二级学科,它是以中医学为核心,移植现代全科医学的理念而形成的一门新兴学科,它有自己的学科特色和发展方向。中医学医学思想中贯穿着全科医学的印记,中医基本理论是中医全科医学的精髓。中医古代就扎根于基层,服务于社区和家庭,多采取各科兼通的医学教育,登堂入室的行医模式。笔者从中医全科医学的思想,教育和实践模式阐述其内涵。
General practice of TCM is the secondary discipline which based on clinical thinking of TCM. It is a new discipline which considers TCM as core, and transplants concept of modern general practice. It has its own characteristics and development direction. The medical thought of TCM has imprint of general practice, and the basic theory of TCM is the essence of general practice of TCM. The TCM rooted in the grassroots level and served the community and family from ancient time. Generally, the medical education always took more subjects of concurrent mastery and the medical practice mode was entering the house to cure the disease.The author analyzed the connota-tion of general practice of TCM from its thought, education and practice mode.
