摘要
中医全科医学是以中医学为核心,结合全科医学的特点,融合其他学科的最新研究成果而形成的一门具有独特价值观和方法论的综合性临床医学学科,它是以中医学为核心,移植现代全科医学的理念而形成的一门新兴学科,它有自己的学科特色和发展方向。中医古代就扎根于基层,服务于社区和家庭,多采取各科兼通的医学教育,登堂入室的行医模式。需加大中医全科医学外延阐述和理解,以进一步建设中医全科学科需要和以满足社区基层卫生服务体系的需要。笔者从中医全科医学起源、哲学思想、服务理念、服务模式和适宜技术阐述其外延。
General practice of traditional Chinese medicine is a comprehensive clinical medicine which takes Traditional Chinese Medicine as the core, combined with the characteristics of general practice, the integration of the latest research in other subjects, and has unique values and methodology. It is a newly emerging subject based on traditional Chinese medicine, and transplants concept of modern general practice and form. It has its own characteristics and development direction. The TCM rooted grassroots level in ancient times, served the community and the family, took a medical education of familiar with other subjects, higher level of practice mode. We need to increase the extension and understanding of general practice of traditional Chinese medicine to further construct general practice of traditional Chinese medicine and meet the basic health needs of the community service system. The authors elaborated extension of general practice of traditional Chinese medicine from origin, philosophy, service concept, service models and appropriate technology its extension.
