摘要
榉树(Zelkova schneideriana)是优良的观赏树种,依据秋色叶色变化分为红色系、黄色系和绿色系3种类型。为了确定蔗糖对提高3种类型榉树秋季叶色观赏效果的作用特点,采用叶片喷施不同浓度的蔗糖溶液,测定并分析其叶片的颜色参数、花青素和叶绿素等色素含量的变化。结果表明:蔗糖能增加红色系榉树的色相a^*值,加速红色系榉树叶绿素的分解,使变色期提前,叶片红色程度加深。比较适合的浓度是喷施600 mmol·L^-1蔗糖。蔗糖能延长黄色系榉树的绿色期,变色期推迟,使叶片维持较长的绿色时间。蔗糖浓度之间没有显著差异。低浓度(200 mmol·L^-1)的蔗糖溶液能显著提高色相b^*值,加速绿色系榉树叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的降解,使其叶片变黄,提前进入变色期。
Zelkova schneideriana is an excellent ornamental tree which is included three types(red, yellow, and green) according to the leaf color in autumn. In order to determine the effect of sucrose on improving the ornamental effect of autumn leaf color of three types of Z. schneideriana, different concentrations of sucrose were sprayed on the leaves, and the changes of color parameters, anthocyanins and chlorophyll contents were measured and analyzed. The results showed that sucrose could increase the color a^* value of red Z. schneideriana, accelerate the decomposition of chlorophyll, advance the discoloration period and deepen the red degree of leaves. 600 mmol·L^-1 was the suitable concentration of sucrose. Exogenous sucrose could prolong the green period of yellow type, delay discoloration and keep the leaves for a longer green time. There was no significant difference in different concentrations of sucrose. Low concentration(200 mmol·L^-1) of sucrose could significantly increase the color b^* value, accelerate degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoidsin in green type of Z. schneideriana, and make the leaves turn yellow and enter the color change stage ahead of time.
