光照对红枫幼苗生长及叶色变化的影响

摘要 为探究不同光照程度对红枫幼苗生长及叶色变化的影响,以贵州省独山县为研究地点,以红枫幼苗的苗高、地径、叶片数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率,以及叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性叶绿素、丙二醛含量为研究对象,考察不同光照处理下红枫幼苗的苗高、地径、叶片数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率,以及叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性叶绿素、丙二醛含量为研究对象的具体情况。结果表明:不同程度光照处理均对红枫幼苗的生长有显著影响,其中,100%光照处理下红枫幼苗苗高、地径、叶片数,以及叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性叶绿素、丙二醛含量最高,分别为:60.47 cm、0.93 mm、30.28片、2.32μmol/g、0.11 mg/g、55.64μg/g、0.56μmol/g;处理组D的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量最高,分别为:0.43 mg/g、1.38 mg/g、0.45 mg/g,处理组A的净光合速率最高。红枫幼苗苗高、地径、叶片数以及叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性叶绿素、丙二醛含量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量随光照强度的降低呈逐渐上升的趋势;叶片净光合速率随光照强度的降低而下降。研究结果可为红枫幼苗的科学栽培提供理论依据。 In order to explore the effects of different levels of illumination on the growth and leaf color changes of Acer rubrum L.seedlings,this paper takes Dushan County,Guizhou Province as the research site,and takes the seedling height,ground diameter,number of leaves,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,as well as the soluble sugar,soluble protein,soluble chlorophyll,and malondialdehyde content of leaves of Acer rubrum L.seedlings as the research objects.The study investigates the seedling height,ground diameter,number of leaves of Acer rubrum L.seedlings under different illumination treatments.The specific situation of chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,and soluble sugars,soluble proteins,soluble chlorophyll,and malondialdehyde content in leaves are the research objects.The results showed that different degrees of illumination treatment had a significant impact on the growth of Acer rubrum L.seedlings.Among them,under 100%Acer rubrum L.treatment,the height,diameter,number of leaves,as well as the content of soluble sugars,soluble proteins,soluble chlorophyll,and malondialdehyde in the leaves of Acer rubrum L.seedlings were the highest,with values of 60.47 cm,0.93 mm,30.28 pieces,2.32μmol/g,0.11 mg/g,55.64μg/g,and 0.56μmol/g,respectively;The chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,and carotenoid content in treatment group D were the highest,at 0.43 mg/g,1.38 mg/g,and 0.45 mg/g,respectively.Treatment group A had the highest net photosynthetic rate.Conclusion:The height,diameter,number of leaves,soluble sugar,soluble protein,soluble chlorophyll,malondialdehyde content,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,and carotenoid content of Acer rubrum L.seedlings gradually increase with the decrease of illumination intensity;The net photosynthetic rate of leaves decreases with the decrease of illumination intensity.This study provides a theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of Acer rubrum L.seedlings.
