社区老年人营养状况调查及其影响因素分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的调查社区老年人营养状况并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,于2018年7—8月选取上海市徐汇区75岁及以上社区老年人1 865名为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、简易微型营养评估量表对其进行调查。结果调查的1 865名社区老年人简易微型营养评估量表总分为(11.88±1.96)分,其中65名(3.49%)发生营养不良,578名(30.99%)存在营养不良风险。年龄、性别、医疗负担、咀嚼功能、睡眠状况、自觉健康状况、高血压、糖尿病、胃肠疾病、精神类疾病是社区老年人发生营养不良或存在营养不良风险的危险因素。结论社区老年人营养不良发生率及营养不良发生风险较高,医务工作者应重视对该群体营养状况的评估,制订针对性的干预措施以改善其营养状况。 Objective To investigate the nutritional status of the elderly in communities and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 1865 elderly people aged 75 or above in the communities of Xuhui District,Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling from July to August 2018 and investigated by using a general information questionnaire and a simple mini-nutritional assessment scale.Results The total score obtained from the scale of 1865 elderly people in communities was(11.88±1.96)points,of which 65(3.49%)had malnutrition and 578(30.99%)had a risk of malnutrition.Risk factors for malnutrition or risk of malnutrition in the elderly in communities included age,gender,medical burden,masticatory function,sleep status,perceived health status,hypertension,diabetes,gastrointestinal diseases and mental diseases.Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition and the risk of malnutrition are high in the elderly in communities.Medical workers should pay attention to the nutritional assessment in this population and formulate targeted intervention measures to improve their nutritional status.
