摘要
目的:了解我国护理专业服务性学习的研究现状。方法:在万方、维普和知网数据库以“服务性学习、服务性学习模式、服务性学习课程模式、服务性学习活动”等为关键词检索数据库建库至2020年3月20日期间所有公开发表的期刊文献。结果:2003年国内首次发表服务性学习在护理专业应用的相关文献,文献发表量总体呈上升趋势。54篇文献(其中一篇为学位论文)所在地区覆盖17个省、自治区和直辖市,发文作者所在机构共37家,其中28家为高校(75.7%),9所为医疗机构(24.3%)。53篇文献共发表在31本期刊上,35篇文献被引用过,占发表文献总数的64.8%,总引用次数为172次。25篇文献有基金资助,论文基金资助率为46.3%。54篇文献均覆盖了服务性学习主题,主要集中在老年护理学,23篇干预性研究文献中,17篇(73.9%)文献没有说明具体随机分组方法。结论:我国护理专业的服务性学习研究起步较晚,但近5年来发展迅速,说明服务性学习越来越受到护理教育工作者的关注。国内研究者可在促进跨专业、多元、高质量的合作及构建效果评价模式等方面做进一步研究。
Objective:To understand the present situation of service learning in nursing specialty in China.Methods:In Wanfang,Weipu and Zhiwang database,service learning,service learning mode,service learning course mode,service learning activities were used as key words to search all published journal documents until March 20,2020.Results:For the first time in 2003 in China,the related literature on the application of service learning in nursing specialty was published,and the volume of literature publication was on the rise.Fifty-four articles(one of which was a dissertation)covered 17 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities,and the author’s organizations were 37,of which,28 were universities(75.7 percent),and 9 medical institutions(24.3 percent).Fifty-three papers were published in 31 journals,35 articles were cited,accounting for 64.8%of all published literature,and the total number of citations was 172.Twenty-five papers were funded by the fund,and the funding rate of the thesis fund was 46.3.All 54 articles covered the topic of service learning,mainly in geriatric nursing,and in 23 intervention studies,17(73.9%)did not specify the specific random grouping method.Conclusion:The study of service learning in nursing specialty in China started late,but it has developed rapidly in the past five years,which indicates that service learning has been paid more and more attention to by nursing educators.Domestic researchers can do further research on the promotion of crossprofessional,pluralistic,high-quality cooperation and the construction of effect evaluation mode.
