摘要
基于改进后柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,建立物质资本存量、劳动力投入量和创新型人才存量对经济发展的函数模型,通过R软件分析新疆地区2000—2017年各指标数据,计算出创新型人才对经济发展的贡献率。结果表明:创新型人才对新疆经济发展的贡献率不明显,影响该地区发展主要因素为物质存量和劳动力,应大力发展教育事业,提高创新型人才累积效应,合理安排创新型人才流动,努力发展技术产业。
Based on the improved Cobb-Douglas production function,the function model of material capital stock,labor input and innovative talent stock to economic development was established.The contribution rate of innovative talents to economic development was calculated by analyzing the indicators data of Xinjiang region from 2000 to 2017 with R software.The results show that the contribution rate of innovative talents to Xinjiang's economic development is not obvious,and the main factors affecting the development of this region are material stock and labor force,so we should vigorously develop education,improve the accumulative effect of innovative talents,reasonably arrange the flow of innovative talents,and vigorously develop the technology industry.
