摘要
评估作为监督教学质量的常用手段,不仅能够评判学校现状,更能指引未来发展方向。在开展评估的过程中,评估指标体系可视为最为关键的指挥棒。"办好开放大学"是中国教育改革和发展的重要内容,本文基于对开放大学办学特点与评估指标体系内涵的理解,以上海开放大学为例,深入解析首批针对开放大学的评估指标体系,并提出相关优化建议,以期为广播电视大学向开放大学的顺利转型提供经验借鉴。
As a common means to supervise the teaching quality,evaluation can not only judge the current situation of the school,but also guides the future development direction.In the process of carrying out the evaluation,the evaluation index system can be regarded as the most critical baton."Operating the Open University Well"is an important content of Chinese education reform and development.Based on the understanding of the characteristics of the Open University and the connotation of its evaluation index system,this paper takes Shanghai Open University as an example to deeply analyze the evaluation index system of the first batch of open Universities and put forward relevant optimization suggestions in order to provide experience for the smooth transformation from TV University to Open University.
