摘要
精准扶贫是党中央全面建设小康社会的重大国策.少数民族村落中蕴藏着形式多样的传统体育资源,具有深厚的传统文化价值和可开发利用的经济价值.基于精准扶贫的视角,分析少数民族村落传统体育的优势资源,内部机制等,发挥传统体育项目的健康、文化、经济的功能,激发传统体育的内生力.结合少数民族村落实际状况因地制宜的形成"传统体育项目+精准扶贫"的模式,提高收入,实现脱贫,促进村落经济的发展,提升少数民族生活质量,全面实现小康社会.
Targeted poverty alleviation is an important national policy of the CPC Central Committee for building a well-off society in an all-round way. There are various forms of traditional sports resources in minority villages, which have profound traditional cultural value and economic value that can be developed and utilized. Based on the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the advantages, resources and internal mechanism of traditional sports in minority villages, so as to give full play to the health, cultural and economic functions of traditional sports, and stimulate the endogenous force of traditional sports. Combined with the actual situation of ethnic minority villages, the mode of "traditional sports + targeted poverty alleviation" should be formed according to local conditions, so as to improve the income, achieve poverty alleviation, promote the development of village economy, improve the quality of life of ethnic minorities, and realize a well-off society in an all-round way.
