藏族传统体育资源与民族学校体育课程开发分析

摘要 为了有效传承藏族体育文化,该文针对藏族传统体育资源与民族学校体育课程的开发展开论述。首先介绍了在民族学校体育课程中融入藏族传统体育资源的意义,肯定了开发藏族传统体育资源对于学校与学生发展的价值。其次介绍了民族传统体育课程开发的要求,总结了基于实际情况开发传统体育资源、加强藏族传统体育资源交流推广、教师深刻了解藏族传统体育项目、丰富民族学校体育教学内容、以民族学校体育课程助力民族传统体育文化传承五点开发方法,实现民族学校体育课程与藏族传统体育资源的融合,以期能够推动高校体育课程改革。 In order to effectively inherit Tibetan sports culture, this paper discusses the development of Tibetan traditional sports resources and PE courses in ethnic schools. First, it introduces the significance of integrating Tibetan traditional sports resources into PE courses in ethnic schools, and affirms the value of developing Tibetan traditional sports resources for the development of schools and students. Secondly, it introduces the requirements for the development of ethnic traditional PE courses, and summarizes the five development methods of developing traditional sports resources based on the actual situation, strengthening the exchange and promotion of Tibetan traditional sports resources, teachers deeply understanding Tibetan traditional sports projects, enriching the content of PE teaching in ethnic schools, and using PE courses in ethnic schools to help the inheritance of ethnic traditional sports culture, so as to achieve the integration of PE courses in ethnic schools and Tibetan traditional sports resources, in order to promote the reform of PE courses in colleges and universities.
