摘要
民族传统体育资源充分满足基础教育三级课程管理模式中校本课程开发的现实需求,依据民族传统体育校本课程开发的价值关怀,以及内容的丰富性、积极的健康观、浓厚的娱乐性和泛道德倾向等自身优势,严格遵循以人为本、特色性、整体性、科学性等基本原则。通过专家访谈、查阅相关文献资料等途径,探究民族传统体育活动融入体育校本课程开发的意义及实践路径。研究认为:利用校本课程开发可以加强对民族传统体育的固态保护及提升其活态传承的意义,进而提出加强顶层制度设计,要明确政策法规为导向,提高教育者的意识能力,并拓宽其国际化视野,建立系统的“大学—教育行政部门—中小学”(University-Administration-School,U-A-S)合作伙伴关系,营造优质教育氛围,以构建科学的评价机制,加强教学质量保障,旨在服务于学校体育教学,增强学生的民族自豪感和文化自信意识,推进新时代文化强国战略,加强中国特色民族文化体系的建设。
The national traditional physical education resources fully meet the reality demand of the school-based curriculum development in the three-level mode of basic education,and based on the value concern of the development of the school-based curriculum of the national traditional physical education,and the richness of the content,the positive health view,the strong entertainment and the general moral tendency,etc.,they strictly follow the basic principles of human-orientation,characteristics,integrity,scientificity and so on.Through the ways including the expert interview and the relevant literature review,the significance and practice path of the integration of national traditional sports activities in the development of the school-based curriculum were explored.The research holds that the development of school-based curriculum can strengthen the solid-state protection of national traditional sports and promote its living state.Furthermore,it proposes that the design of the top-level system should be strengthened,the policies and regulations as a guide should be defined,the awareness of the educators should be improved and their international vision should be broadened,a systematic U-A-S partnership should be established,to creating a high-quality education atmosphere,in order to build a scientific evaluation mechanism and strengthen the teaching quality guarantee.The aim is to serve the school physical education,to enhance students'national pride and cultural self-confidence consciousness,to advance the strategy for building up the strength of the nation through cultural development in the new era,and to strengthen the construction of the national culture system with Chinese characteristics.
