摘要
通过综述聚氨酯的传统处理方法的特点、结构与生物稳定性的关系、聚氨酯降解微生物与降解机理以及生物降解特性的评价方法,并对实现聚氨酯生物降解技术工业化应用亟待解决的关键问题进行展望,以期为丁羟聚氨酯生物降解菌株的分离与筛选提供一定的理论基础。
The traditional processing method of polyurethane was summarized and the relationship between structure and biological stability,the characteristics of polyurethane microorganism and the degradation mechanism and the evaluation method of biodegradable properties were reviewed.The industrialization of biodegradable polyurethane technology application was discussed,the key problems to be settled urgently for butyl hydroxy separation and screening of biodegradable polyurethane strain were provided certain theoretical basis.
