摘要
回顾了国内外有关聚氨酯生物降解的研究,对重要研究文献涉及到的聚氨酯生物降解实验方法与效用菌、生物酶、降解产物及作用机理等结论进行了阐述。结合近年来研究情况,展望了今后实现聚氨酯废弃物高效生物处理应探索的关键问题。
In this paper,the domestic and foreign researches on the polyurethane biodegradation were comprehensively reviewed since the discovery of its biodegradability.Some important conclusions,such as the experimental method of polyurethane biodegradation,the effective bacteria,the biological enzyme,the degradation products,the mechanism of action and so on,which were involved in the important documents were described.Based on the research practice of polyurethane biodegradation in recent years,the key scientific issues that should be explored to realize the high⁃efficient biological treatment of polyurethane waste in the future were prospected.
