摘要
降黏剂是实现高密度钻井液良好流变性的关键处理剂。基于缩聚反应和水溶液自由基聚合反应,以木质素、腐殖酸和多功能单体为原料合成了一种抗高温非磺化降黏剂JN-1,表征了产物的结构、分子量、热稳定性,并对其在基浆和高密度水基钻井液中的降黏性能进行了室内评价。结果表明,降黏剂JN-1分子量约为8.42×10^(3)g·moL^(-1),抗温可达300℃。降黏剂JN-1在基浆和高密度水基钻井液中均表现出优异的降黏性能,降黏剂分子通过吸附基团和水化基团能有效地吸附于黏土表面,使黏土颗粒处于良好的分散状态,降低黏土之间形成网架结构,达到降黏效果。
Viscosity reducer is the key treatment agent to achieve good rheology of high density drilling fluid.Based on polycondensation reaction and free radical polymerization reaction of aqueous solution,a high temperature resistance non-sulfonated viscosity reducer JN-1 was synthesized with lignin,humic acid and multifunctional monomer as raw materials.The structure,molecular weight and thermal stability of the product were characterized,and the viscosity reducing ability in the base slurry and high-density water-based drilling fluid was evaluated in laboratory.The results showed that the molecular weight of JN-1 was 8.42×10^(3)g·mol^(-1),and the temperature resistance was up to 300℃.Viscosity reducer JN-1 showed excellent viscosity reducing ability in both base slurry and high-density water-based drilling fluid.Viscosity reducer molecules can be effectively adsorbed on the clay surface through adsorption groups and hydration groups,so that the clay particles were in a good dispersion state,and the formation of mesh structure between the clay was reduced to achieve viscosity reducing effect.
