钻井液抗高温降黏剂的研究进展

摘要 随着国内油气勘探开发进程加快,高温高压深井数量显著增加,但钻井液的高温稠化问题严重制约了这些深井的钻井效率。为了解决这一问题,业内研究人员开发了各种抗高温降黏剂,以有效改善高温高密度条件下钻井液的流变性能。文章阐述了抗高温降黏剂在水基和油基钻井液中的降黏性能和机理,涵盖了天然产物衍生物和人工合成有机物,同时也提供了对未来发展趋势的见解。 With the rapid progress of domestic oil and gas exploration and development,the number of high-temperature and high-pressure deep wells is increasing significantly.The issue of high-temperature thickening in drilling fluid poses a severe constraint on the drilling efficiency of these deep wells.To address this problem,researchers in the industry have developed various high-temperature-resistant viscosity reducers to effectively modify the rheological properties of drilling fluid under high temperature and high-density conditions.This paper aims to elaborate on the viscosity reduction performance and mechanism of high-temperature-resistant viscosity reducers in both water-based and oil-based drilling fluids.It covers natural derivatives and synthetic organic substances,while also providing insights into future development trends.
