摘要
全世界每年都会产生大量的塑料,而塑料的难降解性以及回收率低导致塑料污染遍布全球。微塑料在环境中的持续积累,对生态系统和人类健康造成了严重威胁。简单介绍了塑料污染概况,综述了几种常见塑料(PE、PP、PVC、PET、PU、PS)的微生物降解研究进展,对几种常见塑料的降解菌和降解酶进行了总结,并指出了提高降解效率的有效途径。
A large amount of plastics is produced worldwide every year,and plastic pollution is widespread worldwide duo to its difficult degradation and low recycling rate.The continuous accumulation of microplastics in the environment poses a serious threat to ecosystems and human health.In this paper,we introduce a brief overview of plastic pollution,review the microbial degradation progress of several common plastics(PE,PP,PVC,PET,PU,and PS),summarize the degrading bacteria and enzymes of several common plastics,and point out effective ways to improve the degradation efficiency.
