两种反硝化深床滤池脱氮效果的比较与应用 被引量:3

摘要 巢湖流域内污水处理厂出水部分指标要严于一级A标准,大部分污水处理厂在提标改造中应用了反硝化深床滤池。合肥市某大型污水处理厂有2钟不同类型的反硝化深床滤池,通过对其运行控制方式和碳源投加系统的比较,从溶解氧、碳源的消耗方面,重点分析了2座反硝化深床滤池的脱氮效果。结果表明,反硝化深床滤池需要可靠稳定的自控系统,碳源投加系统应采用精确投加控制系统。使用恒水位运行控制方式,通过采取合适的跌水复氧技改,使滤池内溶解氧降低1~2 mg/L,选择合适的外部碳源,可提高碳源利用效率。 Effluent indicators of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Chaohu Basin are stricter than the first class A standard,and deep-bed denitrification filter is used in most of the WWTPs.There are two different types of deep-bed denitrification filters in a large WWTP in Hefei City.Through the comparison of their operation control mode and carbon source dosing system,denitrification effect of the two deep-bed denitrification filters is emphatically analyzed from the consumption of dissolved oxygen and carbon source.The results show that deep-bed denitrification filter needs a reliable and stable automatic control system,and carbon source dosing system should adopt accurate dosing control system.Using constant water level operation control mode and adopting appropriate water drop and re-oxygenation technology,dissolved oxygen in the filter can be reduced by 1~2 mg/L,and the utilization efficiency of carbon source can be improved by selecting suitable external carbon source.
