摘要
当前,焚烧技术在污水厂剩余污泥处理中的应用相当广泛。通过研究上海石洞口水质净化厂污泥焚烧项目的监测与控制系统,分析了石洞口污水厂污泥焚烧部分的工艺流程,以及施耐德昆腾系列DCS监控系统对工艺流程的控制逻辑、技术解决方案和Intouch组态软件的应用。着重解析了监控系统的架构和项目内容、控制系统的逻辑设计及开发方案。研究结果验证了该控制系统的设计和实现方案应用在上海石洞口水质净化厂焚烧车间的正确性及可行性。
Currently,incineration technology has been more and more widely used in residual sludge treatment of sewage plants. Based on theresearch of the monitoring and control system of water sludge incineration project in Shanghai ShiDongKou water purification plant, thetechnological process of sludge incineration, the control logics of the monitoring DGS composing of Schneider (Quantum series products, technicalsolutions and application of Intouch configuration software are analyzed. The architecture of control system and the content of the project, themethods of designing and developing the control logic for the system are focused. The results of research verify the correctness and feasibility of thedesign scheme and implementation method of the system using for sludge incineration workshop in Shanghai ShiDongKou water purification plant.
