高速铁路列车运行速度提高对车体加速度的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着既有高速铁路运营列车不断恢复设计速度运行,亟需研究列车运行速度提高对车体加速度的影响规律,进而判断列车提速是否满足乘客舒适性指标。通过对综合检测列车实测数据的统计分析及车辆动力学仿真计算,研究不同运行速度条件下的车体振动加速度变化规律以及相互之间的关联关系。结果表明:综合检测列车不同速度实测条件下,车体加速度比与运行速度比的1.46次方呈正比关系;轨道谐波不平顺激励仿真分析下,车体加速度比与运行速度比的1.54次方呈正比关系;轨道随机不平顺激励仿真分析下,车体加速度比与运行速度比的1.43次方呈正比关系。因此可以得出车体振动加速度比大致与运行速度比的1.5次方呈正比,以期为铁路达速提速、轨道状态评判以及养护维修工作提供理论指导。 As the designed speed of the existing high-speed railway is constantly regained,it is urgent to study the influence rule of the increase of high-speed railway speed on the vibration acceleration of carbody,and then judge whether the speedup meets the requirements of the passenger comfort indicators.Through statistical analysis of the measured data of the comprehensive inspection train and the simulation calculation of the vehicle dynamics,the variation rule of the vibration acceleration of the carbody under different running speeds and their correlation are studied.The results show that the acceleration ratio of the carbody is positively proportional to the 1.46 power of the running speed ratio at different speeds measured by the inspection train;the acceleration ratio of the car body is positively proportional to the 1.54 power of the running speed ratio based on the simulation analysis of the harmonic track irregularity excitation;the acceleration ratio of the carbody is positively proportional to the 1.43 power of the running speed ratio according to the simulation analysis of the random track irregularity excitation.Therefore,it can be concluded that the vibration acceleration ratio of the carbody is approximately in direct proportion to the 1.5 power of the running speed ratio,so as to provide theoretical guidance for railway speed increase,track state evaluation and maintenance.
