摘要
保障高铁的安全运行是维持我国轨道交通铁路系统高效稳定发展的重要组成部分。本文以高性能振动传感器作为监测器件,通过监测高铁运行过程中车轮与钢轨间应力变化的波形参数,结合轨道路况的改变,来分析非路况变化条件下轮轨间的异常摩擦形成原因,达到维护高铁安全通行和分担轨道检查复杂工作的双重目的。该设计将协助地面探测设备掌握轨道路况的细微变化,辅助日常轨检工作高效化进行。
To ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway is an important part of maintaining the efficient and stable development of China's rail transit railway system.In this paper,the high-performance vibration sensor is used as the monitor,through monitoring the wave parameters of the stress changes between the wheel and rail during the operation of high-speed rail,combined with the changes of the track conditions,to analyze the causes of abnormal friction between the wheel and rail under the conditions of non-road conditions,so as to achieve the dual purpose of maintaining the safe passage of high-speed rail and sharing the complex work of track inspection.The design will assist the ground detection equipment to master the subtle changes of track conditions,and assist the daily track inspection work to be carried out efficiently.
