摘要
以华东地区某高速铁路作为研究对象,随着轨道板服役年限的增加,CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构病害逐年增多。根据现场的实地调研,总结出华东地区CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道伤损类型主要为轨道板与砂浆层之间的离缝、相邻轨道板之间宽窄接缝伤损、轨道板裂缝、底座板裂缝和侧向挡块劈裂等病害情况。同时对CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道伤损特点和形成原因进行统计分析,为后期的轨道板养护维修工作提供指导和建议。
Taking a high-speed railway in East China as the research object,with the increase of track slab service life,the structural diseases of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track are increasing year by year.Based on the field survey,it is concluded that the damage types of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track in East China are mainly the cracks between the track slab and the mortar layer,the damage of the wide and narrow joints between adjacent track slabs,track slab cracks,base plate cracks and lateral block splitting.At the same time,statistical analysis of the damage characteristics and causes of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track is carried out to provide guidance and suggestions for the later maintenance and repair of track slabs.
