摘要
以精整线某工位吊挂螺杆的断裂失效问题为切入点,通过有限元法进行疲劳分析,对焊接车间精整生产线的夹具吊挂系统进行研究。根据分析结果对导致吊挂系统失效的薄弱环节进行结构优化,并预测其使用寿命,从而提高其可靠性。
This paper analyzes the fixture suspension system in body shop,and makes certain station fatigue failure of the suspension screw as the research point.Finite element method and fatigue analysis are carried out.According to the Finite Element Method result,optimize the weak structure and predict the service life of suspension system,therefore improve the reliability of the entire system.
