摘要
由于计算机技术的迅速发展,使有限元方法在工程中得到了广泛的应用。由于ANSYS软件具有建模简单、快速、方便的特点,因而成为大型通用有限元程序的代表。本文对有限元作了一个总体的介绍,并着重介绍了ANSYS软件,简要地叙述了ANSYS软件的主要技术特点和各部分构成以及其主要的分析功能,通过一个空间托架的简单例子的详细操作说明它在力学分析上的应用。从其构成及功能中可以看到,ANSYS软件的确是工程应用分析的有效工具。它在静力学和动力学上也有着很大的作用,对现在正在研究的超精密超高速的机械加工的应力分析有着一定的帮助。
According to the quick development of computer technology, FEA is made extensive application in engineering. Because the software of ANSYS has the characteristics such asmodel building simply, fast and conveniently, it becomes the representative of large univer-sal finite element procedure. This paper gives a general introduction to the finite element,mainly to the use of ANSYS. In addition, it introduces the main character of ANSYS and itsprimarily function of analysis. By giving a detailed operating instruction of a space bracket,it demonstrates its application in mechanics analyzing. In terms of composing and function,the software of ANSYS is really an efficient tool in engineering and it plays an important rolein statics and dynamics, doing a great help to the machining stress analysis of ultra-highspeed and ultra-precise those being studied.
