摘要
针对铁路门式起重机装卸集装箱时的摇摆问题,建立了数学模型,推导了摆动角度的解析式,讨论了集装箱和吊具的质量、钢丝绳长度、小车运行初速度、小车制动力等重要参量对吊运中集装箱残余摆动的影响。在MATLAB上对集装箱摇摆进行了仿真分析,不同参数的变化对集装箱摇摆影响敏感度不同,进行了集装箱减摇吊具的结构设计及试验分析。结果表明,钢丝绳长度和小车运行初速度的变化对集装箱残余摆动的影响灵敏度更大;减摇集装箱吊具通过控制吊重偏角,实现了减摇目的,提高了工作效率,能够满足铁路生产需要。
In this paper, as for the sway of the railroad-gantry cranes in loading and unloading containers, a mathematical model is established, and the analytical method of sway angle is deduced. An analysis is conducted on he influence the quality of the container and spreader, the length of the wire rope, the initial running speed of the trolley, the braking force of the trolley, and other important parameters exerts upon the lifted residual sway of the container. The simulation of the container sway is carried out on the MATLAB, and the influence of different parameters exert upon the sensitivity of the container sway is different. The structural design and experimental analysis of the container's anti-sway spreader are carried out. The results show that the length of the wire rope and the change of the initial speed of the trolley are more sensitive to the residual sway of the container. The container's anti-sway spreader achieves the purpose of anti-sway and ensures greater efficiency by controlling the lifting angle, and it can also meet the needs of the actual production of railway.
