摘要
器官缺血再灌注损伤是一个复杂的病理生理过程,主要发生于器官移植手术、创伤、休克等病理过程中,严重影响患者的预后和手术转归,采取相关措施减轻或抑制器官缺血再灌注损伤的发生尤为重要。右美托咪定为一种高选择的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,它在发挥镇静、镇痛作用的同时对呼吸影响较小,对缺血再灌注脏器具有保护作用,目前已被广泛应用于临床。
Ischemia-reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process,which mainly occurs in a pathological process such as organ transplantation,trauma,shock,etc.,and usually leads to adverse outcomes and increased mortality of patients.It is very important to take measures to reduce or to inhibit its occurrence.As a highly selectiveα2 adrenergic receptor agonist,dexmedetomidine has sedative and analgesic effects and no respiratory depression.It has been found to have protective effects on the ischemic reperfusion organ,it is widely used in clinical application.
