摘要
对企业的批量定制生产模式中,生产车间物流流程环节的特征以及有待改善的问题进行细致分析之外,还与企业车间物流管理相结合提出优化方案,将物流新型优化管理模式加以推广,希望对批量定制型企业的物流管理优化有所裨益。
In addition to the detailed analysis of the characteristics of the logistics process in the workshop and the problems that need to be improved in the mass customization production mode, this paper also puts forward the optimization scheme combined with the enterprise workshop logistics management, and promotes the new logistics optimization management mode, which is beneficial to the logistics management optimization of the mass customization enterprises.
