摘要
通过对我国印刷企业现状的分析介绍,指出印刷企业在智能化建设过程中面临的难点和问题,从模块功能和产品提供维度提出印刷企业推进实施智能制造的思考,包括搭建可协同控制的自动化生产线、打造信息互通的标准化信息系统、构建相互融合的生产线设备与信息化协同体系。本研究从印刷的特性,探究印刷企业现阶段实施智能制造的参考路径:模块化工艺设计、柔性化工艺布局、结构化设备选型、连线化协同控制,同时提出建设印刷智能制造公共服务中台,通过工业互联网,与印刷企业内外部的信息化系统链接,形成企业间共享服务中心。不仅能打通印刷企业内部信息化系统的信息孤岛,同时也满足上下游企业间服务信息互通的需求,更好地推动印刷智能制造的研究与应用,具有一定的启发性和参考性。
Through the analysis and introduction of the current situation of printing enterprises in China,the difficulties and problems of printing enterprises were pointed out in the process of intelligent construction.From the dimension of module function and product supply,the thinking of promoting the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in printing enterprises was put forward,including building automatic production line with collaborative control,building standardized information system for information exchange,and building mutually integrated production line equipment and information collaborative system.From the characteristics of printing,the reference path was explored for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in printing enterprises at this stage:modular process design,flexible process layout,structural equipment selection,and wired collaborative control.At the same time,a public service platform was built for printing intelligent manufacturing,which can link with the internal and external information systems of printing enterprises through the industrial Internet to form a shared service between enterprises.It can not only break through the information island of internal information system of printing enterprises,but also meet the demand of service information exchange between upstream and downstream enterprises,and better promote the research and application of printing intelligent manufacturing,which has certain enlightenment and reference.
