摘要
对高职工业机器人技术课程实践教学进行研究,发现高职院校对于工业机器人技术相关人才的培养力度不够,没有形成相关教学体系,课程设置通常是以理论课程为主,实践经验较少。需从实践教学模式、实践教学流程这两方面来对工业机器人技术的课程体系进行完善。提出了高职工业机器人技术课程的实践教学方法:开展企业调研,引入企业车间管理模式,讲解教学项目中各项任务,加强学生的责任意识,发挥组长的带头作用,建设实训场所。学生要在学会了相关理论知识的基础上能够熟练操控机器人,明确机器人的操作规程以及参数设置,提高实践动手能力。
The research analyzes the practical teaching of industrial robot technology course of higher vocational colleges,and finds that there is lack of training of industrial robot technology related talents,related teaching system is not formed,theoretical courses are the main part of course allocation and the practical experience is less.It is suggested to perfect industrial robot technology course system from practical teaching model and practical teaching process.Practical teaching methods of industrial robot technology course of higher vocational colleges are proposed,including developing enterprise investigation and survey,introducing enterprise workshop management model,explaining all tasks of teaching items,strengthening students’responsibility consciousness,giving play to the leading role of group leaders,and constructing practical training.Students should learn related theoretical knowledge.Based on this,students should operate robots skillfully,clarify the operating instruction and parameter setting,and improve practical manipulative ability.
