摘要
目的:观察危重症患者交接工作现状,行SBAR沟通模式干预,分析该模式的临床应用价值。方法:使用数字随机表法将2018年1月-2019年12月期间广东省高州市人民医院收治的132例危重患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各66例。分别接受常规交接班沟通、联合SBAR沟通模式,对比两组护士患者交接班效果、评判性思维能力、患者护理工作质量。结果:研究组护士对患者病情掌握情况、交接班问题发生情况评价均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护士评判性思维能力总评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理工作质量情况总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:危重患者交接班过程中应用SBAR沟通模式干预,可有效改善交接班效果,提高评判性思维能力与护理工作质量,该模式在临床上具有较高应用价值。
Objective:To observe the current situation of handover work in critically ill patients,to intervene in SBAR communication mode,and to analyze the clinical application value of this mode.Methods:Using the random number table method,132 critically ill patients admitted in the hospital from January,2018 to December,2019 were divided into two groups,i.e.the conrol group and the study group.They received routine transfer communication and combined SBAR communication mode.Effect of patient handover,critical thinking ability,quality of patient care of two groups were compared.Results:The patients’mastery of illness and the occurrence of communicative class problems in study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nurses in the study group had higher total critical thinking scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of work quality of research was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SBAR communication mode intervention in the transfer of critically ill patients can effectively improve the effect of transfer,improve the ability of critical thinking and the quality of nursing work.This model has high clinical application value.
