摘要
简单回顾了智能客服在金融领域的发展,介绍了金融领域的知识图谱、智能问答等相关技术,讨论了研究与应用的意义;另外分析了金融领域中智能客服相关技术的市场案例。在此基础上讨论了金融领域智能客服的系统架构设计和工作流程,并提出了金融领域未来创新和应用的方向。
This paper briefly reviews the development of intelligent customer service in the financial field,introduces the knowledge graph,intelligent question-answer and related technologies,and discusses the significance of research and application.In addition,several market cases of intelligent customer service and related technologies in the financial field are analyzed.On this basis,this paper discusses the system architecture design and workflow of intelligent customer service in the financial field,and puts forward the future direction of innovation and application.
