摘要
医用镁合金是目前植入材料的研究热点,但由于其在人体内耐蚀性差,无法在相应的时间段内起到足够的力学支撑,所以镁合金表面改性研究引起了人们的高度重视。主要介绍镁及镁合金在人体环境内主要的腐蚀行为及机理,综述了目前镁及镁合金表面改性各种方法及各自的优缺点,并基于此分析了镁及镁合金表面改性研究的发展趋势。
Medical magnesium alloy is one of hot research points in bone implant fields at present. However,due to its poor corrosion resistance in the human body,medical magnesium alloy can not play a sufficient mechanical support in the corresponding period of time,and therefore the surface modification of magnesium alloy has attracted great attention of researchers. In this study,the main corrosion behavior and mechanism of magnesium and its alloys in human environment were introduced,and the surface modification methods of magnesium and its alloys and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Furthermore,the development trend of surface modification of magnesium and its alloys was researched on the basis of the above analysis.
